Professional (Certified) Dog Trainer Course

This course will teach you the foundation needed to become a professional dog trainer. It will give you the skills, materials, hands-on training that you must understand to have a fulfilling career as a professional pet dog trainer.

First of all let’s look at the difference between a professional or master trainer.

The professional trainer is one who has completed a solid education in the concepts of dog training.

The professional master trainer is one who has the education and many, many hours of hands-on experience.

You cannot become a master trainer in the matter of a few weeks or months. Sometimes it takes years to obtain this title.

            Professional Obedience Trainer Course

            This course is designed to enable a student to establish their own dog training business or work for a dog

            training company. We will concentrate on pet dog training in an in-board, in-home and class setting. Within

            each area we will cover on and off leash obedience, house training, motivational techniques, behavior

            modification and shaping. You will learn the proper way to council your clients, how to make a sell and it will be

            successful for both parties. You will be supervised by the master trainer and will work with our clients dogs. You

            will put the theory you learned into action with the hands-on apprentice challenge.
