About Us

Our Mission

To insure you have a well-behaved, obedient pet to enjoy. We promise to provide the best and latest progressive training at a reasonable cost, backed with excellent service to our clients.

Our Philosophy and Methods

We use a variety of philosophies to achieve the desired results.

We use positive reinforcement methods with supplements (clickers, food, toys, etc.). We study dogs and see how they communicate to understand them and train around the way the dog thinks. We use positive motivation training methods and sometime need compulsive methods to complete the corrective action process.

We understand every dog and owner are unique. These diversities are addressed with our training design. Our training programs are specialized for each dog and owner that fits their individual situation. We use motivational principles where the dog and handler are motivated to learn and perform, to build confidence, through success with humane, consistent, interactive training. Each dog is an active participant, a student to be taught and molded, rather than forced. With our experience and knowledge in canine behavior we can shape the dog's behavior and enlist their willing participation in the training process.

A dog and his owners education is always the biggest factor determining its future behavior and temperament. The best thing you can do for your puppy or dog and yourself is obedience training. Obedience training is the foundation for solving many behavior problems and also gives you a way to communicate with your dog. Without proper training, your dog will soil your home, bite the kids, dig holes, run-away, pull on the leach etc. Redirecting this type of behavior is not an option. We have to teach the dog what is acceptable to us.

Our Goal

Our goal is to make you and your dog successful!

You won't be looking for a quick fix, but rather a lasting change in behavior. The end result should be a happier, better adjusted dog.

General Information

Breed Capabilities

Not all breeds can do all jobs, for a number of reasons-primarily physical, not mental ones. Dogs' abilities are not limited by their breed, but rather by the individual dog's physical ability and character, and of course the abilities of the dog's handler.

Dog IQ

There is no denying the fact that certain breeds of dogs tend to learn certain tasks more quickly. However, within each breed you will find a wide range of intellectual capabilities. Therefore, it seems a very silly notion to rank breeds of purebread dogs in order of intelligence.

We are an all breed dog training center with programs in housetraining, obedience, behavior modification, behavior management, and protection.

Our training programs start with educating our clients on how the pack structure works. Once this is understood we can move on to what types of communication will work with your dog(s). No two dogs or humans are the same. After we evaluate the dog to determine his ability to learn we then can prepare a program that will meet our client's needs.

We do all the work. You enjoy the benefits!

We include free follow-up classes for the life of the dog and handler.
